Customer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to J3 Mobile Notary a part of J3 Professional Solutions LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and J3 Mobile Notary, the provider of J3MobileNotary.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using J3 Mobile Mobile Notary services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

J3 Mobile Notary provides automation tools for notary professionals, including appointment scheduling, client communication, and customer conversion services. These services are intended for businesses looking to enhance efficiency and streamline their operations.

3. Account Setup

Eligibility: To use J3 Mobile Notary, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plan: Access to J3 Mobile Notary is based on a subscription model. You can choose from various plans that best fit your needs. The subscription details, including fees, are available on our website.

Payment Terms: Payments for subscription plans are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse J3 Mobile Notary's services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using our platform for any illegal activities.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt or harm our services or other users.

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of J3 Mobile Notary complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and privacy.

6. Data Protection

7. Service Availability

Uptime: We strive to ensure that J3 Mobile Notary’s services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Termination

Termination by Customer: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the services will end immediately.

Termination by J3 Mobile Notary: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to J3 Mobile Notary if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: J3 Mobile Notary is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not make any warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of our services for your specific needs.

Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or J3 Mobile Notary’s services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Queens County, New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through our website or by email. Continued use of J3 Mobile Notary after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
